Professor Anne Edwards:The current Vice-Chancellor

Professor Anne Edwards is the current Vice-Chancellor of Flinders University. She commenced this position in January of 2001. Prior to becoming the Vice-Chancellor she was the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for a period of 5 years. Previous appointments include Professor of Sociology and Head of the Department of Anthropology and Sociology and Associate Dean in the Faculty of Arts at Monash University.

Professor Anne Edwards' academic qualifications includes a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a PhD both obtained from the University of London.
